We are looking for a responsible and proactive student
Internship Admin Assistant
to provide general administrative and operational support across multiple departments. This role is suitable for students who want hands-on exposure to real working environments and gain experience in various business functions.
Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support and assist with daily office operations
Handle basic documentation, filing, data entry, and record keeping
Assist in preparing reports, forms, and internal documents when required
Support coordination tasks and follow up on assigned matters
Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned by supervisors
Ensure documents and information are properly organized and maintained
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a
Diploma or Degree
in a relevant field
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Docs)
Willing to learn, flexible, and able to support various tasks
Responsible, organized, and able to follow instructions
Basic communication skills in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia
