Job Scope:



Join and host live selling sessions Assist in managing customer inquiries via WhatsApp, DM, email, and phone Support the sales team with online and offline sales activities Help prepare marketing materials and assist in promotional campaigns Assist in handling orders, tracking sales, and updating customer databases Contribute to sales performance tracking and basic reporting Maintain a positive and engaging customer experience across all platforms Learn and grow in a fast-paced e-commerce environment

Requirements:



Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field Interest in sales, customer service, and digital marketing Basic understanding of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, WhatsApp,) Good communication skills, both written and verbal Confident and comfortable speaking in front of a camera for live sessions Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team
Job Type: Internship

Pay: From RM300.00 per month
