Upgrade tenant information and track lease terms and conditions.

Support the collection of rent payments and other related fees.
Communication and Customer Service
Respond to tenant inquiries and address concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Assist with general office duties, including answering phones and greeting visitors.
Data Entry and Filling:
Enter and update data in relevant systems and databases.
Maintain organized filing systems for lease documents and other records.
