Job Description

Responsibilities: -

• Able to handle warehouse events, stock take and inventory control
• To ensure Receiving & Issuing the goods process follow procedures
• Ensure smooth daily operations store
• To ensure all goods are stored in proper designated areas and labelling
• To liaise with supplier,customer and sales team for orders,price,and product availability
• Involve in daily stock movement - goods receiving from supplier, manage inventory,etc
• Provide satisfactory customers service and support to the existing customer via telephone calls,fax,WhatsApp and email.
• To assist stock check and update every month.
• Support the Logistic and sales department
• Issue DO, PO and returned goods etc
• Manage and maintain store systems, including data management, filing, stock inventory etc
• Able to multi-tasks and accept ad-hoc tasks as and required.
• Training will be provided

Requirements: -

• Candidate must possess at least SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
• .At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Computer Literate - MS office- word and excel
• Required Languages : English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin would be an added advantage)
• Self-disciplined, punctual and reliable
• Required Skill(s): Strong negotiation skill, Ability to work with a variety of people, Strong analytical skills, Attention to details, clear communication and follow up skills are essential for this role
