We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic
Administrative Intern
to support our daily office operations. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in office management, clerical duties, and team coordination. Perfect for students or fresh grads looking to explore the administrative side of a business.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in organizing and maintaining office files and documents (physical & digital)
Support the HR/Admin team with data entry and report preparation
Answer phone calls, emails, and redirect inquiries as needed
Help manage office supplies and inventory
Prepare meeting materials and take minutes during team meetings
Coordinate staff attendance and update records
Assist with any ad hoc administrative tasks assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Responsible, well-organized, and able to multitask
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
