Job Description



  • Assist in the preparation of presentation slide.
  • Handle general administrative functions.
  • To deal with Banker in related to all bank matter/treasury for hotel division.
  • To do freight & accommodation booking.
  • To arrange hotel payment for signatory.
  • To prepare Hotel daily & monthly report.
  • To prepare weekly bank balance.
  • To compile & monitor Hotel license.
  • Prepare timeline for meeting & circular meeting invitation.
  • To assist in ad-hoc assignments from time to time.
Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or Accounting/Finance.
  • Computer literate.
  • Good communication and written skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • A team player who can preferably work with minimal supervision.
