What You'll Do



Keep Us Organized:

Assist in organizing and maintaining HR records and databases -- ensuring all employee information is accurate, confidential, and up to date.

Support Daily Operations:

Assist with HR and administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, document preparation, and general office coordination.

Enhance HR Practices:

Research HR-related topics, trends, and best practices to support the continuous improvement of policies and procedures.

Deliver Service Excellence:

Provide logistical support before and during training programs to ensure smooth execution and outstanding client experiences for Corporate Learning Consultants Sdn. Bhd.

Support Compliance:

Assist in administering HRDCorp matters, including documentation, registration, and claims, in line with company standards and HRDCorp guidelines.

Contribute Where It Counts:

Take on additional administrative or HR-related assignments to gain well-rounded exposure to workplace operations.

Job Requirements



Commitment:

Minimum 3 - 6 month internship period. High performing interns that exhibit high professionalism and proactiveness may be absorbed upon the end of the training period.

Start Date:

Immediate or within the next 4 weeks (negotiable).

Education Level:

Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Diploma/Degree in

Business Administration

,

Management

,

Office Administration

,

Human Resource Management

, or a related field.

Experience Level:

Prior experience (academic projects, part-time work, or volunteer involvement) related to office administration, data management, documentation, or coordination tasks is an advantage.

Language:

Good command of written and spoken

English

and

Bahasa Melayu

is required for communication.

Soft Skills:

Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, good time management, and the ability to work well both independently and in a team environment.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM500.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
