Department: Human Resource & Human ResourceCategory: non-executivePosition: non-executiveReporting to: Talent & Acquisition Assistant Manager, Human Resource Department & Human Resource Manager, Human Resource Department & Human Resource ManagerKey Responsibilities:- Assisting in managing resume banks;Screens resume and maintains application files or external applicants;Coordinates internal job postings and transfer programs;To assist in administer and conducts initial interviews of selected candidates to ensure that only qualified candidates are referred for department-level interviewing;Coordinate with hiring managers to determine screening guidelines for resumes and candidates to ensure that potential candidates meet functional needs and requirements of the available positions;Assist recruitment programs (e.g. job fairs, open interview) and posting in social media;Update new employees onboard and candidate listing;To follow up with candidate for interview, medical check-up and onboard employees;Email out candidate coming for interview to security and department PIC;Preparation for new staff induction day such as Meals, PPE Testing and Photo;New staff personal file check list and filling for recruitment;To update Company Main Notice Board and Departmental Chart;Any other jobs and duties reasonably instructed by the Company from time to time;Applicant must submit the application to Pertama 3months before date of commencement of the internship;
