Position Overview:

We are seeking energetic and customer-oriented interns for the role of

Sales or Marketing Internship

. This internship provides hands-on experience in tour operations, customer service, and sales. Outstanding interns may be selected to

lead tour groups overseas

--a unique and exciting opportunity to grow professionally and personally.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist walk-in customers with travel inquiries and package bookings Promote tour packages and handle customer follow-ups Support in preparing tour itineraries, quotations, and booking confirmations Maintain accurate records of client bookings and payments Collaborate with the team to organize and coordinate travel arrangements Opportunity to assist and lead tour groups for international trips Create Social Media advertisement Video or visual creation

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, Digital Marketing, Information Technology or related field Friendly, outgoing, and service-oriented personality Strong communication and persuasive skills Ability to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible hours when required Passion for travel and working with people
