Responsibilities
Assist customers with product selection and provide excellent service Handle sales transactions, reporting, and basic shop administration Maintain store cleanliness, displays, and stock arrangement Manage online inquiries through social media and WhatsApp Create simple product content (photos, short videos, captions) for marketing Support in-store promotions and campaigns
Requirements
Passion for sports or retail sales (golf knowledge is a bonus, but not required) Strong communication and customer service skills Basic familiarity with social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) Responsible, detail-oriented, and a team player Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
