Work directly with children, assist with tasks, and encourage participation and focus.
Monitor Student Safety and Well-being
Ensure a safe, clean, and caring environment by being attentive to children's needs.
Promote Positive Behavior and Social Skills
Encourage respectful interactions and help children build friendships and emotional intelligence.
Assist with Assessments and Observations
Observe and report on children's progress and assist teachers in documentation.
Collaborate with the Teaching Team
Communicate effectively with teachers and participate in staff meetings and planning sessions.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in
Early Childhood Education, Education, Psychology
, or a related field
Passionate about working with children
Responsible, patient, and able to work in a team
