BROAD FUNCTIONS :

• Support Production and Operation Teams to achieve KPIs and Company Goals
• Support Operations on Indirect Material Procurement Sourcing Scopes
• Meet Indirect Material Procurement Sourcing Management targets and goals
• Comply to company procedures and standard compliance

Regular

• Fulfill RFQ and purchase indirect materials according to user specifications and requirements
• Manage and process RFQ within target turnaround time
• Execute assign tasks including projects timely and effectively
• Request For Quotation/Proposal/Bid (RFx) efficiency management
• Sourcing Category Strategy and Supplier Base enhancement
• Purchase Supplier Award, Price Negotiation and Sourcing Summary
• Supplier Performance Management
• Cost Improvement Initiative
• User Management on Compliance
• Synergy teamwork with users to achieve best value
• Responsible for SOX, RBA and IMS (ISO9001, ISO45001, ISO22301, ISO14001) Trade, Ethics and other company policies compliances
• Supply Chain Risk Management, Single Source Elimination/Mitigation, Business Continuality Improvement
• Supplier compliance on Environment, Health & Safety
• Adhere and enforce Ethic Compliances
• Regular vendor assessments and warrant vendor capability of meeting WD quality and technology expectations

Irregular

• Site factory ad-hoc events and activities
• Suppliers Performance Business Review administration
• Continue improve individual competency and productivity
• Motivate and inspire junior buyer through objective appraisals and review process to continue improve
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to improve cost effectiveness, product quality and business process productivity and compliance
• Utilize market information and spent analysis to identify cost saving opportunity
• Management Reporting
• Any other task assigned by management

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma Qualification
• Possess good analytical and logical thinking
• Microsoft Excel Knowledge
