What this job involves:Do you have passion for real estate? This internship will give you a flavour of what it takes to work within our Capital Markets business line. Working under the guidance of our experienced real estate brokerage professionals, you will gain a better understanding of some of the daily tasks related to their area of expertise.What your day-to-day will look like:

• Support the team in preparing market updates and marketing materials for prospects
• Assist with the marketing of land and commercial spaces to prospects
• Support the viewing process by arranging inspection schedules
• Increase business development activities by canvassing for new leads
• Doing due diligence on lands

Desired or preferred experience and technical skills:

• Self motivated, responsible, energetic and outgoing personality
• Excellent communication and organisation skills
• Possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
