What this job involves: Working as part of our Capital Markets team, you\'ll focus on the development of our Capital Markets business specific to Development Land, Alternative Assets, Commercial Mid-Markets and Agriculture Deals focusing on Acquisitions, Joint Ventures, and other Real Estate exercises. In this job, you\'ll prospect and source new business opportunities (on the buy-side and on the sell-side), with the aim of obtaining new mandates (both in local and international markets) you\'ll develop contact with existing and new clients. You\'ll also be responsible to analyse investment opportunities from the legal, financial and technical perspective and undertake negotiation processes. You\'ll organize purchase and sale processes , which includes preparing sales materials, presentations to clients, daily contact with clients, negotiating on their behalf, undertaking due-diligence processes and coordinating the teams involved in the transaction. Duties and Responsibilities: Report to the Head/Director of Capital Markets, to serve client needs for investment sales in accordance with the overall strategies and policies of JLL Malaysia. Meet financial target by driving deals independently performing activities on business Development and end-to-end capital markets activities from generation of new leads to completion of deal. Perform relevant paper work including analysis, marketing materials / proposals / comparable evidence Maintain data, records, listings, prospects andpreparation/presentation of periodic work in progress reports to leaders and the business Sound like you To apply you need to be: Experience and passionate about real estate The ideal candidate is someone who at least have 4 years of professional large-scale real estate investment sales experience, brokerage of investment properties and land sales or at least possessing relevant real estate courses. It will also help if you have additional experience in valuation, consultancy, investments research and feasibility study in real estate projects are added advantage. Driven, Quick and Smart You are proactive and is a true business hunter. You don\'t just rely on existing database or leads but has a quick eye for business opportunities and has the ability to link leads to get a sale. It will also help if you have prior experience in Real Estate investment transactions across Malaysia. You are a bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Management, Entrepreneurship or similar will be useful. A prior experience in a commercial or business development function will be required. Strong communication skills & Comfortable with office technology You\'ll have fluent ability to both speak and write in English and ability to speak other languages can also be very advantageous. You are able to relate to a broad range of nationalities & cultural background . It\'s also vital that you have years of actual experience in using MS Office tools such as Powerpoint, MS Outlook, Word and has an advance skills in Excel. Additional CRM experience with salesforce.com tools will be needed for this role. Resourceful & Independent We\'ll expect you to have a hunter mentality and an ability to work independently.
