• Assist in the continuous improvement activities & implementation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams towards achieving business strategic objectives
• Assist in the development and delivery of employees development programs
• Assist in the documentation of system processes and procedures
• Keep up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in business systems and recommend improvements to current systems

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree program in Manufacturing Engineering or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
• Minimum 6 months internship durations
