Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Culinary/ F&B Intern to join our team where you're given the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced F&B environment. Under the guidance of experienced chefs and kitchen staff, you will assist in various aspects of food preparation, cooking, plating, and kitchen operations. This internship offers a valuable opportunity for culinary students or recent graduates to refine their skills, learn new techniques, and gain insight into the workings of a professional kitchen.

Support daily cafe operations by handling customer service, processing orders, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Collaborate with the kitchen team to help prepare food, maintain high standards of quality and presentation. Learn and use inventory management skills to control stock levels and minimize wastage. Ensure food safety according to trained food handling methods

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a diploma in a related field, such as culinary arts, hospitality management or food service management. Available for an internship duration of at least 3 months. Demonstrated passion for the food and beverage industry, with a genuine interest in cafe operations. Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices is preferred. Possession of own transportation is an added advantage.
