Assist the Customer Service team in handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Provide timely and accurate information about products and services.
Support the team in maintaining customer records and databases.
Help resolve customer complaints with a professional and courteous approach.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve customer service skills.
Assist in generating reports and analyzing customer feedback.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Business, Communications, or related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in [English/Malay/other language].
Basic understanding of customer service principles and practices.
Good interpersonal skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a plus.
Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not required.
