Roles and responsibilities:

Assist in data entry, document verification, and preparation of financial reports. Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations. Help in preparing financial analysis and reports for internal review. Assist with invoice processing, expense claim, and payment tracking. Support tax related matters, including compiling documents for tax incentives and compliance. Participate in reviewing financial policies, internal control, and process improvements. Assist in liaising with auditors, tax authorities, and external stakeholders when required. Support treasury functions such as cash flow tracking and forex related tasks. Maintain proper filing of financial records and documents. Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Department head.

Job Requirement:

Currently pursuing Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Economics, Commerce or any related field. Candidates from Mathematics or Statistics with an interest in accounting or Finance are also encouraged to apply. Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software is an advantage. Strong analytical skills, attention to details, and problem-solving ability. Good communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to learn, be it independently or from the people around you.
