to join our Food Innovation & Technology Department at Pizza Hut. This internship offers hands-on experience in developing new food and beverage products, understanding end-to-end menu innovation and collaborating with marketing and operations teams to bring creative concepts to life.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the
food product development process
, including concept creation, prototyping, testing, sensory evaluation and product launch preparation.
Collect and analyze product test data, consumer feedback and performance reports to support improvement recommendations.
Conduct
trend research and competitor analysis
to identify new ideas for menu innovation.
Collaborate with
suppliers and the QA team
to understand production processes, quality standards and shelf-life testing.
Support
marketing and operations teams
during product launches, on-ground activations and photoshoots.
Manage administrative duties such as documentation, filing and maintaining cleanliness in the test kitchen.
Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor to ensure smooth project coordination.
