Documentation & Paperwork : Update and maintain SOP (Standard Operating Procedure), WI (Work Instruction), SSOP (Sanitation Standard Operating Procedure) and Filing QA documents (verification records, internal audit, calibration.
Internal Audit & Compliance: Join and assist in audits including GMP, HACCP, ISO, Halal/Internal QA audit. Assist team to prepare audit checklists, collect evidence, and follow up on corrective actions. Help ensure the factory complies with hygiene and food safety standards.
Training & Production Exposure including Basic training in production floor .
Lab Support : Product sampling , Microbial plating, pH testing, moisture, texture, salt or sugar testing. Need to do a report results to QA executive
Requirement:
- Diploma/Degree in Food Science/Food Technology
- Female/male are welcome
- Intake January 2026
