Job Description

You will play an important role to:

Oversee daily production operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow. Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet output targets, quality standards, and delivery timelines. Inventory planning , forecast and request Monitor production processes, equipment performance, and manpower utilization. Ensure all production activities comply with

Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

,

HACCP

,

HALAL, ISO22000

and

other food safety standards

. Work closely with Quality Assurance and R&D teams to maintain consistent product quality and resolve customer complaints . Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation. Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize productivity and reduce wastage. Conduct internal checks , training, and implementation. Participate in troubleshooting and problem-solving related to production.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Manufacturing, or related field. Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a

food manufacturing environment

(preferably baby food or related industry). Strong understanding of GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000 or equivalent standards. Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently and coordinate across multiple departments.
