Job Description

• Currently pursuing Diploma/Bachelor in Accountancy/Finance, Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Business Studies, or any other equivalent subject.
• Meticulous and inclination to high level of accuracy in every deliverable.
• Strong management and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literate and knowledge in Accounting System (Eg. QnE Accounting, UBS Accounting) is an added advantage.
• Able to read/write in Mandarin language will be an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Claims and Reimbursements: Managing and processing claims and reimbursements accurately and efficiently.
• Debt Collection : Effectively handling debt collection to maintain a healthy financial position on the organization.
• Outlet Sales Collection Verification : Verifying and managing the collection of sales proceeds from various outlets.
• Cash Flow Management : Ensuring efficient cash flow management to meet the financial needs of the organization.
• Financial Statement Preparation: Preparing detailed and accurate financial statements for reporting and analysis.
• Group Management Reporting : Providing essential financial data to support group-level management decisions.
• Internal Audit : Conducting internal audits to maintain financial integrity and compliance with established procedures.
• Bookkeeping: Accurate and organized bookkeeping to maintain up-to-date financial records.
