Internship for Admin (6 months) \xe2\x80\x93 Multinational Company
April 10, 2023 Salary: RM1,000 - RM1,200
Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor
Company Business Nature: Pharmaceutical / Medical Industry
We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Admin Intern to perform various administrative tasks and support the department\'s daily activities.
s:
- Provide general administrative support (i.e., office supply ordering, form and documents inventory, filing, etc.) to the sales team, office, and regulatory affairs and handle general services.
- Process orders via email or phone.
- Check data accuracy in orders and invoices.
- Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries.
- Develop monthly sales reports.
- Assist supervisor in event organization and coordination.
- Assist supervisor on vendor management.
- Be backup for other admin team members when necessary.
- Other ad-hoc duties as directed.
