Job Description


  • To ensure promotions are accurate and merchandised to the company\'s standards, staffs are fully versed on the target for the day and excellent customer care standards are met.
  • Managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control.
  • To assist reviewing branch sales performance and aiming to meet or exceed the targets.
  • To ensure branch is operating efficiently and effectively, required to deal with human resources, marketing, logistics, information technology and customer service.
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints, obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries.
  • Plan and carry out direct marketing activities to agreed budgets, sales volumes and product mix.
  • Responsible of maintenance, housekeeping, the cleanliness and tidiness of the branch and maintaining an organized workspace to enhance productivity.
  • Recognizes and reinforces individual and team accomplishments.
  • To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Company.
