Job Description

  • Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent.
  • 1 Internship position(s) for duration of 3 month(s).
  • Able to follow instruction and SOPs
Responsibilities
  • Perform admin function for the Company; e.g. uploading products to company webstore and facebook, maintain up-to-date online products' pricing, inventory as well as online order processing, including packing and getting ready for courier service pick up.
  • Acting as customer service to replay facebook customer's enquiry, attending walk in customer.
  • Performing basic accounting task, e.g. assisting accountant to key in the accounting data into excel or software; Preparing invoice payable listing (training will be given by superior).
  • Providing assistance to other staffs when necessary.
  • Other ad hoc task assigned by superior from time to time.
