MohonKelayakanAdmin InternshipVacancyAdmin/HR Intern (min 6. months) to join our company NTS Computers Sdn Bhd. Location: Kuala Lumpur, Seri Kembangan.Who we areNTS Computers Sdn Bhd is an ICT company offering hardware and software solutions. Our head office is in the Netherlands, Europe. Our customers are both end-users and dealers/brokers. Our end-users are mostly in SME and professionals who use our systems for Animation, Video broadcasting, Cad-Cam, Desktop publishing and normal business usage. We work in a small team of about 6-8 people.Products we offer Our products consist of high end refurbished ICT products like servers, workstations, pc and parts from HP, IBM and Dell.Requirements

• Diploma and/or Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Previous bookkeeping experience
• Knowledge in business management and HRM
• Living less then 1 hour and 30 kms from our office in Kuala Lumpur, Seri Kembangan
• Having Malaysian citizenship passport or id card
• Internship should last for at least 4 months or 6 months

• Excellent communication skills (both Bahasa Malaysia and English)
• Bookkeeping/Accounting experience

• Maintain records of financial transactions by establishing accounts and posting transactions; ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Define bookkeeping policies and procedures.
• Maintain the general ledger by transferring subsidiary account summaries.
• Balance the general ledger by preparing a trial balance and reconciling entries.
• Maintain historical records by filing documents.
• Comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements by filing reports and advising management on necessary actions.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
