  • Hotel Management related Diploma or Degree. FRESH GRAD ARE WELCOME.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and resolve any issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Knowledge of all hotel operating procedures.
  • Own Transportation.
Tanggungjawab
  • Analyse channels,
  • Coordinate front-office and back-office activities and resolve any problems.
  • Coordinate with external parties including suppliers, travel agencies, and conference planners.
  • Create and implement pricing strategies, conduct competition analysis
  • Ensure company standards for housekeeping, decor and guest services are met.
  • Ensure that the procedures, rules and regulations are complied.
  • Monitor staff performance, ensuring the hotel is running well and guests are happy.
