As an intern in our Air Freight and Customer Service team, you are able to:

Maintain compliance to customers and other relevant authorities.
Be responsible for daily operations and planning for both systems and physical operation.
Be responsible for validation of custom process/documentation to ensure cargo met the regulations.

To achieve the above learning outcome, you are expected to take the challenge as below:

Attending and responding to any enquiries via email correspondences pertaining to shipment status and documentation.
Involve in the daily planning of the operations under supervision.
Learning \'How to\' communicate with internal and external stakeholder on tasks status.

To be selected as one of our own, we are expecting the below applications:

At least Diploma and/or Bachelor Degree in International Business and Aviation Management or any equivalent academic background.
Candidate must be skillful in communicating with stakeholders.
It is an advantage for those who can speak and write fluent English as the positions requires to communicate with stakeholders.
Able to commit at most 6-months internship in June/July 2023 and to be based at Johor Bahru, Iskandar Puteri.
