Job Description
As an intern in our Air Freight and Customer Service team, you are able to/it is an:
- Be responsible for daily operations and planning for both systems and physical operation.
- Be responsible for validation of custom process/documentation to ensure cargo met the regulations.
- Maintain compliance to customers and other relevant authorities
- Attending and responding to any enquiries via email correspondences pertaining to shipment status and documentation.
- Involve in the daily planning of the operations under supervision.
- Learning \'How to\' communicate with internal and external stakeholder on tasks status.
; Requirements: - To be selected as one of our own, we are expecting the below applications:
- At least Diploma and/or Bachelor Degree in Business International and Aviation Management or any equivalent academic background
- Candidate must be skillful in communicating with stakeholders.
- It is an advantage for those who can speak and write fluent English as the positions requires to communicate with stakeholders.
- Able to commit at most 6-months internship in June/July 2023 and to be based at Johor Bahru, Iskandar Puteri.
