Job Description
You will learn from our senior experts and work in OMS department. You might like this job because it offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various areas of the department and learn from experienced professionals.During this internship, you would be learning from our senior experts. Your daily job scope consists of different area within the department of OMS.
- Manage end to end order management for small volume customers.
- Manage daily reporting to account management.
- Submission of E-Invoice.
- Submission of Shipping Instruction to carrriers or shipping lines.
- Uploading commerical documents into system.
- Diploma and/or Degree in Logistics, Transportation, and/or Business Studies with minor in logistics and supply chain.
- It will be added advantage if individual have part-time experience dealing with customers.
- Being able to compose, speak and dress professionally in English.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- This internship working location at Iskandar Puteri, Johor.
