Job Description
This job is an internship for Business & Logistics students. You would learn from our senior experts and work in Custom Brokerage Team. You might like this job because it offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various areas of the department and learn from experienced professionals.
During this internship, you would be learning from our senior experts. Your daily job scope consists of different area within the department of Custom Brokerage.
- Perform assigned tasks of generally repetitive nature for import/ export documentation such as receiving, reconciling, consolidating/ summarizing documents and information.
- Undertake data capturing activities, feed data into customs operating system and set up master data for transactions
- Screen paperwork, update documentation and support in documentation archiving processes
- Support/ maintain operational systems as per instructions
- Any ah-hoc tasks that is assigned by supervisor.
- Diploma and/or Degree in Logistics, Transportation, and/or Business Studies with minor in logistics and supply chain.
- It will be added advantage if individual have part-time experience dealing with customers.
- Being able to compose, speak and dress professionally in english.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- This internship working location at Iskandar Puteri, Johor
