Responsible for project pre planning, construction QA/QC management and project implementation
Assign resources according to scope of works
To ensure the progress is being made in accordance with the submission drawing, construction drawings and any discrepancies or other technical issues are being addressed
Execute project according to plan
To plan and coordinate with site team and contract department on requisition and delivery of materials
Supervise and inspect the construction works within / outside boundary
Liaise with all relevant authorities and utilities company on the approval plans and provision of services
To attend site meeting with consultants, sub-contractor
To prepare site progress report and fill in relevant paperwork
