- At least Diploma in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for eCommerce and online retail trends.
- Internship Duration: 3 months
- Product Management: Assist in managing product listings, including product uploads, descriptions, and categorization. Ensure that product information is accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for search engines.
- Website Maintenance: Support the eCommerce team in website maintenance tasks, such as content updates, image optimization.
- Order Fulfilment: Assist in order processing and fulfilment tasks, including order tracking, inventory management, and shipping logistics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Customer Support: Provide support to customers via email, chat, and social media channels. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases as needed.
- Sales Marketing Support: Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales. This may include social media management, email marketing, and paid advertising initiatives. Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for optimization.
- Analytics and Reporting: Compile and analyse eCommerce metrics and KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement. Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate findings to the eCommerce team.
