Process the daily order from official webstore and online marketplaces and support the major year-end campaign
Assist the team in customer relationship management including Live Chat and improve the customer satisfactions
Assist the team to work out the marketing proposal and conduct the market intelligence
Assist the team using digital tactics / tools for implementation to enhance the webshop performance
