Ensure that all room and event setups are completed as listed in the reservation book.
General light cleaning including, but not limited to: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting furniture and ledges, cleaning windows, emptying trash and other cleaning duties as assigned.
Maintain facilities and equipment in good operating condition.
General basic maintenance of facilities including, but not limited to: basic, simple repairs, equipment assembly, changing light bulbs, etc.
Moving boxes, equipment, furniture etc. into or out of storage.
Report all facility or equipment problems to the supervisor.
Attend any scheduled meetings and training sessions.
Liaising between internal and external parties to source, coordinate and ensure that the event goes smoothly.
Good communication & coordination with customer & supplier during event setup.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training is provided.

Benefits

We do contribution for KWSP and SOCSO after staff confirmation.
Min 8 days annual leave per annum, more for senior position after staff confirmation.
We provide medical coverage. You may claim up to the limit of your position after staff confirmation.
Training will be provided.
