Internship For Event Crew Setup Crew

Job Description

  • Ensure that all room and event setups are completed as listed in the reservation book.
  • General light cleaning including, but not limited to: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting furniture and ledges, cleaning windows, emptying trash and other cleaning duties as assigned.
  • Maintain facilities and equipment in good operating condition.
  • General basic maintenance of facilities including, but not limited to: basic, simple repairs, equipment assembly, changing light bulbs, etc.
  • Moving boxes, equipment, furniture etc. into or out of storage.
  • Report all facility or equipment problems to the supervisor.
  • Attend any scheduled meetings and training sessions.
  • Liaising between internal and external parties to source, coordinate and ensure that the event goes smoothly.
  • Good communication & coordination with customer & supplier during event setup.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training is provided.
