Job Description
- No experience required (as long as open to learning and personal development)
- Possess great teamwork and highly motivated with a desire to learn
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously
- Energetic team player with the ability to function independently, as well as in a collaborative environment
- Preferred to be able to start immediately
- Possess own transport
- Assist with day-to-day operations and event planning
- Assist with projects in the areas of marketing and event development as needed
- Assist with drafting surveys and collecting and analyzing responses
- Help to review proposed venues for future events
- Help to prepare promotional materials
- Assist in the scheduling of program tours and create tour agendas
- Coordinate with team to ensure on-time event arrangement
- Attend all events and support onsite operation
- Other tasks as assigned
- Travel incentive
