We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Training & Development Intern.Role DescriptionTraining & Development Support:
  • Assist in the preparation and management of training materials, documentation, and processing claims.
  • Coordinate and manage follow-ups with clients and HRDCorp regarding training programs.
  • Support the development and creation of training presentations and reports using Microsoft Office Suite and Canva.
  • Assist in scheduling and managing calendars for training sessions and events.
  • Provide general administrative support to the training team as needed.
Marketing & Research Support:
  • Assist in creating and developing marketing materials and training-related collaterals.
  • Support the management of social media platforms and content creation focused on training programs.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging training methodologies.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns related to training and development services.
Qualifications:
