Process and track work orders for maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely completion
Vendor Coordination:
Liaise with vendors and contractors to schedule appointments, monitor service progress, and resolve issues
Maintenance Assistance:
Support both preventive and corrective maintenance activities, including routine building and equipment checks
Data & Reporting:
Assist in compiling and analyzing date on facility performance, space utilization, and service levels, and prepare reports for management
Site Support:
Conduct routine walk-throughs, assist with site inspections, and log follow-up items for premises improvement projects
Project Support:
Assist with administrative tasks during capital project planning and execution
Undertake other duties and responsibilities, which may be assigned by the Supervisor from time to time with on time full closure
Job Requirements
Currently pursuing a Certificate or Diploma in Building Services, Facilities Management, or other related fields
Familiarity with facilities management systems and databases is an added advantage
Proactive and eager to learn about facilities operations, maintenance, and management
Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Good communication and coordination skills
Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive in following up maintenance or project tasks
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
A minimum internship duration of 3 months is preferred
