• Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma/Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts.
• Proficient in English & Malay. Additional language in Mandarin is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Eager to learn, proactive and detail oriented.
• Ability to handle confidential information with care.
• Internship duration at least 3 months and above.

Responsibilities

• Assist in payment process and bank reconciliation.
• Conduct data entry and ensure records are accurate and up to date.
• Support accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Maintain and organize financial records, ensuring traceability and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper filing of vendor & customer contracts, payment records, and receipts.
• Ensure that all documents related to the company's finances are recorded and properly uploaded into the system.
• Support finance team members in ad-hoc projects, special assignments, and process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
