Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the company.
Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, & answering phone calls.
Assist project manager in coordinating and monitoring project at office.
Ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor/manager.
Responsible in general administrations works when necessary, at ad hoc basis
Requirements
Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
on Business Administration or related fields.
Applicants must be willing to work at Seremban 2, Negeri Sembilan
Required language(s):
Bahasa Malaysia & English
Strong communication ability and interpersonal skills
