About the Role

We are seeking a

creative, technically proficient, and highly motivated Graphic Design Intern

to join our marketing and media team. This role is a prime opportunity to apply your design skills to real-world campaigns, from concept pitching to final production across digital platforms. You will be instrumental in developing the visual voice of our brand.

Core Responsibilities

As a Graphic Design Intern, you will be deeply involved in the creative production process by:

Visual Content & Concept Development:

Be responsible for developing compelling

content and designs

for marketing campaigns and all social media platforms. This includes the creation of

infographics, motifs, and logos

.

Creative Strategy:

Actively participate in

pitching creative concepts

and researching the

latest design ideas and market trends

to ensure our visuals are always fresh and cutting-edge.

Production & Execution:

Provide direct assistance in all phases of design, focusing on

graphic layout, colour selection, visual effects, and sizing

, tailored to specific platform requirements.

Multimedia Support:

Assist the team with basic

photography and videography shooting

when required, applying your skills in tools like

Premiere Pro and Lightroom

for post-production tasks.

Team Collaboration:

Collaborate closely with the

marketing team

to manage the entire lifecycle--sourcing, design, and production--of social media content to ensure cohesive campaign delivery.
What We're Looking For (Requirements)

Academic Background:

Possess a Diploma or a Bachelor's Degree in

Graphic Design

or a related creative field.

Required Technical Skills:

Proficiency in the core creative suite is essential:

Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Canva, and Lightroom

.

Work Ethic & Attitude:

Have

excellent problem-solving skills

and the ability to efficiently execute tasks given by a supervisor. Possess a

positive attitude, approachability

, and a firm

belief in team spirit

. Demonstrate the

ability to work independently

. Possess

basic computer skills

and be highly adaptable to a small, growing business environment. Possess

Commitment:

Able to commit to a work schedule of

Monday to Saturday, 9:00 am until 6:00 pm

A minimum internship period of

3 months

is required.

Total Potential Earnings:
