Core Responsibilities
As a Web Design Intern, you will gain hands-on experience across the full design and development spectrum:
Design & User Experience (UX):
Design engaging and
responsive web landing pages
, interfaces, and features with a
compelling visual flow
.
Contribute proactively to
brainstorming sessions
, offering innovative
new ideas
and
style guidance
to evolve our brand aesthetic.
Test and refine design elements to continually
improve user experience (UX)
and usability of the company's website.
Technical Implementation:
Execute the
design, layout, and coding
of new website sections and projects.
Develop
responsive websites
that maintain optimal performance and visual appeal across all devices.
Employ industry-leading
design best practices
throughout the entire website build process.
Collaboration & Maintenance:
Collaborate effectively with project and product owners to create comprehensive
web design briefs
.
Involve yourself in the
maintenance and update of the existing website
.
Maintain current knowledge of the latest
web design trends
to ensure all work is cutting-edge.
What We're Looking For (Requirements)
Academic Background:
Possess a Diploma or a Bachelor's Degree in
Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Information Technology
, or an equivalent creative/technical field.
Technical Proficiency:
Proficient in using core design software
such as
Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe XD
.
Communication & Independence:
Must
speak and write English fluently
.
Possess
good communication skills
and the ability to
work well with people at all levels
.
Demonstrate a strong
ability to work independently
and manage tasks effectively.
Commitment:
Able to commit to a work schedule of
Monday to Saturday, 9:00 am until 6:00 pm
.
Duration:
A minimum internship period of
3 months
is required.
