Ziet Invests is a leading finance content creation media company focused on personal finance, investments, and the US stock market. Our YouTube channel is dedicated to providing high-quality, informative, and engaging content to help our audience make informed financial decisions.
We are looking for a creative and talented Graphic Designer Intern to join our team and help design captivating thumbnails for our videos as well as creating infographics for our social media accounts.
We are highly interested in converting the intern role into a full-time position based on performance.
Job Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools (Canva alone is not sufficient).
• Basic understanding of visual design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Bonus: Strong portfolio showcasing design skills, particularly in digital media or college projects/assignments.
• Bonus: Knowledge of YouTube and social media trends is a plus.
• Bonus: Experience with A/B testing for YouTube thumbnails is a plus.
• Bonus: Experience with green screen photography and editing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design eye-catching and high-quality thumbnails for our YouTube videos.
• Create multiple thumbnail variations (up to 3 thumbnails per video) for A/B testing to optimize viewer engagement.
• Collaborate with the content creation team to understand the themes and key messages of each video.
• Ensure all thumbnails align with our brand identity and visual style.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and YouTube thumbnail best practices.
• Revise and improve existing thumbnails based on feedback and performance metrics.
• Create engaging social media posts based on current trends.
• Work closely with our content creation team to create accurate and informative infographics.
• Turn data into design that is digestible and easily understood by our audience.
• Assist with other graphic design tasks as needed.
