Responsibilities
Assist with daily administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and managing office supplies.
Support the HR team in maintaining employee records, updating databases, and ensuring accuracy of personnel information.
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Help coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires, including preparation of employee documentation.
Participate in employee engagement activities and company events.
Assist with maintaining compliance with company policies, procedures, and government regulations.
Prepare and organize HR documents such as contracts, forms, and reports.
Support office management tasks such as meeting coordination and handling inquiries.
Assist with ad-hoc HR and administrative projects as required.
