Assist in maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases.
Support the recruitment process (posting job ads, scheduling interviews, preparing interview documents).
Assist in preparing HR-related letters, memos, and reports.
Support staff attendance and leave record management.
Help organize employee engagement programs and company events.
Provide administrative support such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Assist in managing office supplies and other administrative matters.
Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the HR & Admin team.
