Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Interest in HR operations and employee engagement.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining and updating employee records in HR systems and files.
• Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including document collection, ID card preparation, and HRMS updates.
• Help prepare HR-related reports, documents, and presentations.
• Provide support in HR administrative tasks such as attendance tracking, filing, and data entry.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, company events, and CSR initiatives.
• Help coordinate HR communication materials such as announcements, training invites, and HR updates.
• Support compliance documentation and audit preparation activities under guidance of the HR team.
• Maintain confidentiality of all HR and employee information.
• Perform other administrative or project-based tasks as assigned by the HR team.
