• Candidate must possess or be currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• You love food, and are passionate about our purpose and story.
• Excellent speaking and writing communication in Mandarin and English is a MUST.
• With a high level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment, and confidence.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, and detail oriented.

• Assist human resources and recruiting teams by scheduling phone screens and on-site interviews.
• Maintained relationships with personnel using strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
• Improved office efficiency by effectively managing internal communications and correspondence.
• Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems at the direction of the supervisor.
• Assist with on-boarding process of new hires including screening, arrange interview and decision making.
• Assist in monitoring member performance and given involve in talent acquisition.
• Make sure everyone work happily in the company by planning all kind of interesting activities!
