Job description \xc2\xb7 Assist with data entry in HR system \xc2\xb7 Responsible for the day to day office administrative work as assigned. \xc2\xb7 Maintain proper document control and filling. \xc2\xb7 Able to perform company assignments, ad-hoc functions, and related duties as and when required. \xc2\xb7 Responsible to respond to staff inquiries regarding HR-related matters \xc2\xb7 Work as a team on all HR engagement activities. \xc2\xb7 Ensure proper assignment is carry out on times. Job Requirements \xc2\xb7 Candidate must be currently pursuing Diploma / Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Human Resource. \xc2\xb7 CGPA of 3.0 or above. \xc2\xb7 Fluent in English, Malay; excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. \xc2\xb7 A resourceful individual with good planning, communication and problem-solving skills. \xc2\xb7 Ambitious plus drive and motivation to work in a fast-paced environment \xc2\xb7 Energetic, enthusiastic and adaptable. \xc2\xb7 Team-player with dynamic leadership capabilities. \xc2\xb7 Computer literate and able to work independently. \xc2\xb7 Available for minimum 3 month(s) internship duration. \xc2\xb7 Applicants must be willing to work in PENANG SCIENCE PARK, BATU KAWAN.
