Job Description

  • Excellent presentation, communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and time-management skills
  • A valuable team player and able to work independently
  • Computer literate with good command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Confident, proactive, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel
Responsibilities
  • Provide support to the HR Team in recruitment, onboarding, development, retention, employee contract, and exit process
  • Input, update and maintain HR database while ensuring data accuracy
  • Prepare data or information for payroll processing in a timely manner and assist with the documentation of employee compensation and benefits
  • Process general HR administration tasks such as claims, leave application and etc
  • Support internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department
  • Support HR-related training programs, workshops, and seminars
  • Write and submit reports on general HR activities
  • Assist in HR events and meetings and coordinate management-employeecommunications
  • Continuously learn the latest HR best practices to improve workplaceefficiency
