We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented
Human Resources & Administration Intern
to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment and is ideal for students or recent graduates looking to start a career in HR and office management.
Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain and organize employee records and HR documents.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
Assist in planning employee engagement activities and company events.
Help with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Perform other duties as assigned by the HR/Admin team.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
